We have three Guest rooms (1 double-bedded room and 2 twin-bedded rooms - maximum number of Guests is 6) each room has a wash-basin; there is a shared shower (+ toilet, wash-basin, bidet) and a separate toilet. The rooms, including ours are grouped around a central landing - our home is modernised Victorian!
There are tea/coffee making facilities, hair-dryer and radio/clock/alarm in each bedroom. We had a chair stair-lift installed a few years' ago, and this is available for Guests who have difficulty with one flight of stairs. There is a small sitting room with TV/DVD player for Guests; and we are about 10-15 minutes' level walk from the City centre, shops, restaurant, sightseeing, etc.
Breakfast is:- Help yourself to cereals, tinned grapefruit, prunes, orange juice, yoghurt, fruit (available in season, etc), ham slices, cheese slices, hard-boiled eggs, toast and spreads, tea and coffee; and we sit around one table.
